Tip: Ah Choo!
The pollen that many grasses and trees release into the atmosphere in the spring aggravates the immune system of people with allergies causing sneezing, itchy eyes, and coughing among other symptoms. In order to avoid some of this misery allergy sufferers are encouraged to stay indoors in the morning when pollen counts are highest, always carry tissues, and seek help from a doctor if the allergic reactions are unbearable.
